I was nervous because I heard all the horror stories about getting a root canal. I had a Wonderful experience with Dr. Fragale, he was very nice and considerate to my tolerance of pain. I didn't feel any pain at all he numb me just right!!! I highly recommend him.

DO NOT GO HERE!!!! Every review about him being uncaring and rude is spot on! I had a root canal here a year ago and came across these reviews just now and had to share my similar experience! During a root canal I was making small, not even loud, moaning like noises due to slight pain and discomfort and in a stern irritated voice he told me that I NEEDED TO STOP MAKING THOSE DISTURBING NOISES. I was already overwhelmed with anxiety and this just sent over the edge and I began crying during the procedure which then made it hard to breath because my nose was stuffing up and my mouth was full of saliva. I had told him probably 5 times since I sat down that I have really bad dentist office anxiety but apparently he didn't care. I was never told when I was getting shots or when to expect a pinch or anything. I felt like I was laying in a chair blind folded with my mouth prayed open, When he left the room his assistant came over and wiped my tears and running makeup and comforted me. If it wasn't for her being there I probably would of ran out mid procedure. I do not recommend this monster to anyone.

Wonderful place to have a root canal..... Office is friendly and inviting, he is very laid back and caring, and where it has taken others 5-7 very painful injections in my mouth to numb me, he did only 4 semi-painful. I paid attention to his technique before he injected me and I must say it was like no other. So I will be telling my dentist about his technique. Thanks Dr. Ben and wonderful staff....

Let's face it, no one in their right mind LOVES having a root canal. So no, I didn't love it. Doctor Fragale and his staff, however, are as professional, skilled and caring as it gets in my opinion and earned five stars. I hope I never require his expertise again, but I would recommend him without hesitation. Having said that, I would rather have been golfing.

Dr. Fragale did my very first root canal. He was amazing! I have extreme dental anxiety, and he and his staff did their best to make me as comfortable as possible. I had almost not wait time at all. Dr. Fragale even joked a little to ease my stress. I have ALWAYS been terrified of going to the dentist, but I will use him again. The only pain I felt was from a single needle prick in the roof of my mouth, and that was unavoidable. I HIGHLY recommend him!
